Workplace Skills Plan:

 In order to claim funding from the Sectoral Education Training Authority (SETA) a Company must submit a Workplace Skills Plan (WSP) together with an Annual Training Report (ATR). Incorporated with these documents are the proof of expenditure in terms of training that has been outsourced or training that has been conducted in-house.

 By using the experience of specialist Skills Development Facilitators (SDF), DSS can assist in compiling a WSP in order to maximise the amount an employer can claim from the relevant SETA.
