Recovery of Skills Development levies:

In terms of the Skills Development Levies Act all employers with an annual payroll in excess of R500 000 are required to pay 1% of their total payroll to the relevant Sectoral Education Training Authority (SETA).

 DSS can assist with recovering at least 50% of this amount back.  We can enter into a monthly Service Level Agreement where your Company pays a fixed retainer for assistance in claiming the Levies back.  Alternatively DSS will retain a fixed percentage of the total amount received from the SETA.
